Have you had a chance to test the individual legs of your connections to see if you can determine between which ones the latency is being introduced? Or perhaps it is coming a little bit from all of them?

That is very interesting. I have not heard of those before.

So Ballmer is now getting an effective payoff for having been so crappy for so long by Nadella simply not being Ballmer and the stock inflating based on Ballmer leaving. That hardly seems like a good compensation scheme.

Makes sense. Chromebooks are a very useful laptop choice. Cheap and easy to use. For the average home user, they are really perfect if you need something more than a tablet. For kids who need to do homework, they can be just enough more than a tablet to allow them to write reports and stuff. It's not very many people, except for gamers, who need the power for a Windows machine anymore.

Good article. Too many Linux people still think that being an admin is all about compiling code. That's a pretty odd task for an admin to actually do. Too much seepage of home users into the business space.

Interesting. I wonder why they don't filter monitors directly rather than using glasses. Seems like there would be a market for it if it was needed.

Good for them. They make an excellent product and really treat their customers well. I'm happy that they are doing well.
