I've recently seen a bit of this company around, as they make guitar and bass amps. Should they be referred to as "FAT" or "Fuchs"? I haven't seen any of their products in any sweepstakes or giveaways thus far, so I'm pretty sure you have to pay for their stuff if you want any, since there seem to have been literally zero Fuchs given at this point. But, I digress...

I was literally looking at a music supply store ad and saw the full name for the first time. I had heard of Fuchs amps, but didn't see that the full name would be abbreviated FAT. If it weren't for it being a dude's last name, I would completely think that was done on purpose. It may have been anyway.

And the whole thing lent itself nicely to the setup for the final delivery... 🙂

So this basically just means that MS and Google, etc have to get sued and then to go court to show this patent can't actually be a real patent due to prior art and get it dismissed, and probably spend millions doing so.

Yep, just ask all of Edison's staff that actually invented all the stuff he patented.

That fact doesn't make Edison not an arsehole. In fact, he's one of the biggest pieces of sh!t ever to be revered by American society.

Yep, just ask all of Edison's staff that actually invented all the stuff he patented.

Patents and inventors are completely unrelated according to the US

That fact doesn't make Edison not an arsehole. In fact, he's one of the biggest pieces of sh!t ever to be revered by American society.

The biggest goes to Columbus, IMO.

                                            Wow...

wtf is wrong with the patent office? Granted a patent on "out of office" email submitted in 2010!

The patent office is mostly a scam.

I still feel dirty buying GE products because of that.
