That was my question as well. This customer site hates their MSP, doesn't like to call them at all, so we get technical questions. I now see that they are incompetent as well as hard to work with.

I'm not... and I live in the US. I just rip my own junk, and share with family & friends via Plex... If the feds show up, I'd likely be one of the folks involve in a court challenge.

New project dumped on me. Office 2013/2016 telemetry... full setup/deployment for accounting department.
I need to go from no knowledge and never having anything to do with it, to fluent and getting it up and running in a manageable and usable way to pin down some issues in a meaningful way.
Fun times ahead...

Nothing inspires learning a new CLI like having text broadcasts interfering with your session.
I'm getting a lot better at JunOS just because I had to figure out how to disable these stupid autoconfiguration alerts.
