Got the appraisal back on my house - they're appraising it at what I asked for the loan on, so looks like In 10 Days I'll own a home !
But for now, Coffee number 1 day, grabbing #2 and going through the weekend stuff -

Thought I had a Covid test scheduled today, now I've got a call that the scheduler says nothing is available today. I'm the only travelling tech for the company I'm working for right now. Kinda putting a big monkey wrench in the works at work.
